These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

•        "Soil Pop" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Soil Pop, the brand operated through soil-pop.myshopify.com.

•        "You" / "User" / "Buyer" refers to any person accessing or purchasing from our Website.

•        "Products" / "Goods" refers to all soil mixes, plant food, soil improvers, sphagnum moss, cocopeat, and any other items listed for sale on our Website.

•        "Order" means a confirmed purchase request placed by you on our Website.

•        "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

Our Website and services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our Website, you confirm that:

•        Product descriptions, including soil mixes, cocopeat grades, and nutrient formulations, are as accurate as possible but are subject to change as we improve our formulations.

•        All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to any individual or household.

•        We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

If a product you receive significantly differs from its description, please refer to our Returns & Refunds section below.

5. Pricing

•        All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.

•        Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

•        In the event of a pricing error or typographical mistake, Soil Pop reserves the right to correct the error and, if necessary, cancel the affected order. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

•        Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Soil Pop. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

•        Suspected fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method.

•        Product unavailability or pricing errors.

•        Delivery address outside our serviceable areas.

Accepted Payment Methods:

•        Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

•        Net Banking

•        UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

•        Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for eligible pin codes

•        Wallets (where applicable via Shopify Payments)

By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

7. Shipping & Delivery

•        We ship across India to most serviceable pin codes. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout.

•        Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

•        Free shipping is offered on all orders (or as stated on our Website at the time of ordering).

•        Soil Pop is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure).

•        Risk of loss and title to the product passes to you upon delivery.

•        If your package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and notify us within 24 hours at [soilpop.shop@gmail.com]

8. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of order placement by contacting us at [soilpop.shop@gmail.com]. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In the event we cancel your order (due to unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion), you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

9. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every Soil Pop purchase. Please review our return eligibility below:

Eligible for Return:

•        Products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

•        Wrong item delivered.

Not Eligible for Return:

•        Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

•        Orders where the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

•        Perishable or custom-blended products (e.g., custom soil mixes prepared specifically for your order).

Return Process:

•        Email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

•        Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

•        If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us.

•        Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

COD orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via NEFT/bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when raising a return request.

10. Use of the Website

By accessing our Website, you agree that you will NOT:

•        Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

•        Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.

•        Product descriptions or pricing will be completely accurate at all times.

•        Results from using our soil products will meet every individual plant's specific requirements, as plant health depends on multiple factors beyond soil composition.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Soil Pop's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or purchase of our products shall be limited to the invoice value of the product(s) in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

15. Force Majeure
