1. How to Leave a Review

Loved your Soil Pop order? We'd love to hear about it! After your purchase, you'll receive a follow-up email inviting you to share your experience. You can also leave a review directly on our website or on third-party platforms where Soil Pop products are listed.

Your feedback — good or detailed — helps us grow and helps other plant parents make informed choices.

2. Our Commitment to Honest Reviews

We believe that trust is built through transparency. Our goal is to give you — and every potential customer — a clear, unfiltered view of what Soil Pop products are really like.

Here's what that means in practice:

•        We do not pay anyone to write a positive review.

•        We do not offer discounts, freebies, or any incentive in exchange for leaving a good rating.

•        We do not suppress, delete, or hide negative reviews.

•        We do not manipulate review scores in any way.

What you see on our website reflects what real customers have actually experienced. That's the only way we know how to build something worth trusting.

3. How We Verify Reviews

To maintain the integrity of our reviews, we actively check that every review comes from a genuine Soil Pop customer. Verification is done by cross-referencing the reviewer's contact details with our order records.

•        Reviews from unverified accounts or non-customers are not published.

•        We remove fake or incentivised reviews — both positive and negative — regardless of what they say.

•        If we identify a suspicious review, it is flagged, investigated, and removed if found to be inauthentic.

4. Paid & Gifted Content — Full Transparency

We occasionally collaborate with content creators, plant enthusiasts, and customers who create photos, videos, or written content featuring our products. We believe creating quality content takes time and skill, and we compensate contributors fairly for it.

However, we are committed to full transparency around this:

•        Any content produced through a paid or gifted collaboration will always be clearly disclosed as such — whether on our website, social media, or in marketing materials.

•        Paid collaborators are never asked to give a positive review — only an honest one.

•        Compensation is for the time and effort of creating content, not for the sentiment expressed.

•        We do not edit or censor the opinions of our collaborators.

5. How We Respond to Reviews

We read every review and try to respond thoughtfully — especially when something has gone wrong. If a review highlights a genuine issue with our product or service, we take it seriously and use it to improve.

•        Positive reviews: We're genuinely grateful — thank you!

•        Critical reviews: We take these as an opportunity to learn and do better. If your concern can be resolved, we'll reach out directly.

•        Fake or defamatory reviews: These will be reported and removed in line with platform guidelines.
