Every bag of Soil Pop leaves our hands with care — formulated, packed, and labelled to give your plants the best possible start. We want that same quality to carry all the way to your doorstep. This policy explains what to expect when you shop with us and how we handle the rare moments when things don't go to plan.

1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Here's what happens after you hit 'Place Order':
Order Processing
• Your order is packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
• Metro & Tier 1 cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 9–14 business days
Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on all orders.
• Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Things to Keep in Mind
• We ship within India only — no international orders at this time.
• Deliveries happen Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. No deliveries on Sundays or national public holidays.
• If your PIN code is unserviceable, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
📦 All Soil Pop products are packed in sealed, sturdy packaging to prevent spillage and keep your soil blends, cocopeat, and plant food fresh and intact during transit.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email and SMS. Use it to follow your order in real time.
If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, or have trouble tracking your shipment, reach out to us:

3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
We inspect every order before it leaves us. But if something goes wrong in transit, we'll sort it — quickly.
What qualifies?
• Product arrived damaged, leaking, or broken.
• Wrong product was delivered.
How to raise a claim
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery — the sooner, the better.
1. Email us at soilpop.shop@gmail.com
2. Share your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video of the damaged/wrong product and its packaging.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.
4. If approved, we'll dispatch a replacement at no extra cost. If the product is unavailable, you can choose an alternative of similar value, receive store credit, or get a full refund.
⚠️ If your package looks severely damaged or tampered with on the outside at the time of delivery, please refuse it and contact us immediately. Do not open a visibly compromised package.
4. Returns
We put a lot of care into every product we make — from sourcing the right ingredients to blending and packaging them just right. If something hasn't met your expectations, tell us. We want to make it right.
✅ Eligible for Return
• Product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Return requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
❌ Not Eligible for Return
• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
• Return request raised after 7 days of delivery.
• Damage caused by improper use or storage after delivery.
• Free gifts or promotional items.
How to Return
1. Email soilpop.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, we'll share the return address and packaging instructions.
4. Ship the product back in its original sealed packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund or replacement.
Return Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product): we cover the return shipping.
• For all other approved returns: the customer bears the return shipping charges.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours and should reflect in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• COD orders: Refunds are via NEFT/bank transfer. Share your bank details when raising the request.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
💬 Haven't received your refund after 5 business days? First check with your bank. If still unresolved, WhatsApp or email us and we'll track it down for you.
6. Order Cancellations
Every Soil Pop blend is prepared fresh in our facility. The moment you place an order, we start getting it ready for you. We request you to review your cart carefully before confirming — but we understand that plans can change.
Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled.
• To cancel: Email us at soilpop.shop@gmail.com immediately with your Order ID.
• If the cancellation is confirmed within the 2-hour window, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours.
• Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may raise a return request upon delivery if the product is eligible.
7. Accuracy of Shipping Address
Please review your delivery address and PIN code carefully at checkout. Soil Pop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete address.
• Wrong PIN code.
• Recipient unavailable during multiple delivery attempts.
In such cases, re-delivery or reshipping may attract an additional charge. If an order is returned to us due to address issues, a refund minus shipping costs will be processed after we receive the package back.
